2010 Health Festival

We appreciate your interest in becoming a part of the
Teachers Health Trust's 15th Annual Health Festival

WHEN: Saturday, October 16, 2010
WHERE: Cox Pavilion (Located on the University of Nevada, Las Vegas
            campus at the intersection of Swenson and Tropicana Avenue)
TIME: 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Important: Completing the Vendor Application Form does not guarantee your organization booth space or participation in the Health Festival. All applicants will have acceptance or denial confirmed by Teachers Health Trust staff.

  • Applications completed online are for selecting vendors to occupy one 8 x 8 pipe–and–drape booth space. If more than one booth is needed, please complete another online application. If other than a city, state or government agency, non–profit organizations must provide a copy of their IRS 501 (c) (3) letter to the Trust Wellness Division by fax at (702) 794–2093. IRS 501 (c) (3) forms must be received in the department by Friday, September 03, 2010.

  • Selection of vendors for the Health Festival will be based on the uniqueness, creativity and value of the services that an organization proposes to provide to approximately 5,000 festival attendees. Notification of selected vendors by the Health Festival Vendor Selection Committee will occur no later than Friday, September 10, 2010. If more than three providers within the same Clark County region (e.g., north, northwest, south, southeast, etc.) provide the same service, selection will be based on a lottery process.

  • If selected, a logo will be requested by the Trust in electronic format (JPG, PDF, EPS or TIF at 225 DPI minimum) along with your package–level fee no later than Friday, July 16, 2010. Since Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze sponsor packages include advertisement space in the Teachers Health Trust’s quarterly publication, Health Traxx, those sponsors will need to submit their advertisements in electronic format (JPG, PDF, EPS or TIF at 225 DPI minimum) via e–mail to pdigiacomo@teachershealthtrust.org no later than Friday, July 16, 2010.

Important: The Teachers Health Trust WILL NOT ACCEPT COPIES of advertisements from other mass communication vehicles (fliers, posters, magazines, newspapers, periodicals, etc.) unless they are submitted electronically in the formats specified above. Design and redesign services are available at a rate of $250 per hour with a one–hour minimum charge.
